Freeplay race customization

I don't think what I want to do is possible but I'll ask the question anyway.

Is it possible to setup a single player freeplay race and customize the opposition AI cars, ie have them all as V8 touring cars or all F1's or Indycars etc.

It spoils the race for me if I select a V8 Aussy touring car and the rest of the grid is made up of other types of car etc.

Would be even better if you could customize the livery of the AI cars so you can have a pretty authentic grid of F1's, V8 touring cars etc.

Forza 7 freezes in freeplay

Forza 7 just freezes whenever I go into a freeplay race. It displays ‘Arriving at XXX circuit’ and after that just stops working. It first occurred when I was setting a freeplay race in Porsche 2018 911 RSR (the car might have been somewhat bugged out cause
in the garage it didn’t display properly).

Tried reinstalling the game, several cold restarts and it doesn’t work. Please help

I only get to see 4 choices

Start Race Starting Grid Drivator Difficulty and Assists

None of these has a choice for Freeplay to select another player

sadly no. i have tried so many times to create a Spec-v8 super car race... and the outcome has been the same.

maybe someone around these forums knows a loop hole.

Yes you are right I just finished the intro game race where in you get to drive the Super cars like Ford GT

After that it came to another beginner race where it looks like cars like Toyota 86 and VW Golf R were the ones to choose like the LIma Rock Raceway something

But Yes I did complete that race twice but I still didn't get to see Freeplay. Is it because I have come last every time ?

My game is crashing on the single player championships. Just got my Lotus F1 car and I can't finish the series because the game crashes to Xbox One main screen when I try to start the race. It crashes on freeplay also and every other category in the single
player game.

I'm not sure what you mean by "setup a hotlap"?

If you're looking for rivals (where you race against the ghosts of other players) that option is a tile on the main menu of the game just above the freeplay tile.

If you're looking to just run laps in free play - the game options menu allows you to select the number of laps you want to do.
