    Freedom Rewards?


    It shows that I have played two of my free to play games Clicker Heroes and Gems of War for five hours, however I have also played Happy Dungeons for five hours and it won't give me my Freedom Rewards points.

    Since you only had over 5 hours of playtime in only DC Universe Online and Neverwinter, you did not complete this offer. You were under five hours of playtime in other free to play titles, such as APB and Fallout Shelter, which were at about four and a half
    hours and four hours.

    That was for Neverwinter Zen and Star Trek Zen. Since those are for two different games, neither of them met the $5 minimum for 1, 2, FREE.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a server maintenance that delayed our processing. We have now recovered from that downtime, and we see those Credits were awarded earlier this morning.

    The in-game offer and our FREEdom Rewards offer are two separate offers. Since you did not refer your friend on the FREEdom Rewards page, you have not yet begun our FREEdom Rewards offer, so you have not been awarded.

    These are tokens that you have to redeem. They are not automatically awarded to you in-game.

    A link to the FREEdom redemption page can be found on the FREEdom Rewards page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/). The link is in the highlighted green section near the bottom titled "Collect
    your special Rewards". This will take you to your redemption page with your trove tokens.
