FREEdom rewards - World of Tanks

My nephew completed the required steps to download world of tanks and the add on Krakken kit for Xbox one. However, neither he nor I received the bonus items. When I look at my pending requests for the world of tanks offer, I still see his gamer tag as
pending. How do I rectify this?

freedom rewards issue

We see the Reward on your Freedom page. For reference, you can see the redemption link by going to the FREEdom Rewards offer page at (Xbox Live Rewards), and clicking the "Get
Started" link for World of Tanks. This will take you to the referral page for the FREEdom offer. From there, scroll down to the World of Tanks section, where you will see a button directing you to the redemption page, which will contain your code for redemption.

No freedom rewards

Purchased an item for £21 from the xbox store for world of tanks and haven't received my 2000 points as part of the freedom reward mission

We see one completed and one pending friend for this offer. We see that your completed friend was processed yesterday, so I believe that is the gamertag you are asking about. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity. If you are
asking about your friend that is still pending, we do not see that they have completed a download of the add-on kit.

As was stated in the FAQ:

When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you’ve completed your required purchase(s) for the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

We see that your code is still waiting on your redemption page.

Since this 7 day subscription is a special promotional code, you can only have one of these redeemed to your account. You previously received a 7 day code from a World of Tanks FREEdom promotion in the past (the special FREEdom in January and February that
had a specific World of Tanks component). We'll reach out to our web team to see if they can perform some kind of roll-back on your account. In the meanwhile, you can give that 7 day code to a friend; just make sure that they haven't already redeemed a 7 day
code from Xbox Live Rewards.
