FREEdom Rewards - Warframe

I was wondering if I qualified for the Warframe reward as I have been playing the game for a while and was wondering if I qualified as I got 6 achievements this month. I was also wondering as I bought the Prestige Pack VII (£7.59) and was wondering if that
qualified towards Free Pass, FREEquent Player and One-Two-FREE punch and if there was a way to tell, thanks very much for any help.

I've completed a freedom mission but not able to collect the reward

completed the warframe freedom reward but I'm unable to collect the reward

 

never got my reward for warfame

i got 5 new achievement on warfram and completed the freedom. reward on January 28 and and never receive my reward
