Freedom Rewards still not reflecting time spent

As per this thread: Missing rewards it has now been well over 96 hours since the first 2 games I played for
over 5 hours after clicking Opt-in.

I played Fallout Shelter, Powerstar Golf and Phantom Dust for more than 5 hours each. None of them activated the punch card.

My destiny 2 rewards punch card not reflecting my purchase. verified purchase by Microsoft many times already

 

I have the same issue. Played prominence poker for 6 hours and nothing, so frustrating

 

Same here, I’ve played both Crossout and Marvel Heroes Omega for 5+ hours each and they have not been marked on the punch card.

 

I also played 3 games (Hawken, Crossout and Smite) for 5 hours each and after waiting for the 96 hours to pass nothing happened.

Only 9 days left on this offer, many of us have completed it but have no recognition of it. What's happening?

 

Shocking service. I have completed all 3 games for 5+ hours now. All you get is hang tight, we are working in it..... Absolute joke. 9 days to keep saying that an no further forward

I have just got a refund from Microsoft as I was trying to complete the 3 x £4 add on spends punch card, but I thought a sod that... Can't even reward me for the 1st punch card I have completed - so annoying!!!!

 

I started my own discussion since the person who answered this one only responded to the original comment.

I also mentioned that others didnt get their reward and that the challenge itself is just not working as intended. It doesnt look like this problem affects just a few people.

The answer said that they are working on an update but nothing seems to happen.

Apparently this support forum is completely useless.

 

Looks partly fixed. But I only have 1 of 3 games showing up?

 

I have 2 showing up right now, will see if the third appears

 

Check if you received a reward for the challenge. My challenge shows no progress at all but I received my reward so check that as well.
