    FREEdom Rewards: Roblox Sweepstakes Not accruing the 'Chances to win' at all. I have been playing for 2 days now and I have only gotten the 1 point from registering. I want you to help me get the chances to win that I deserve/have earned please and to figure
    out why it is not tallying the chances.

    FREEdom Rewards: Roblox Sweepstakes 'Chances to win' were last week successfully credited to me. The total was 5 and I verified this.
    When I logged in this morning, I saw my chances to win were '1'. Am I missing something here? Are these draws held weekly or are the 4 points I got from last week supposed to be there?

    Hello PinchedParty570,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have investigated with our platform team, and found that the sweeps were incorrectly recording on a weekly basis instead of a full count for the duration of the offer. While your previous sweeps are still recorded,
    since we started a new week, a new counter is showing. This was not intended, and we apologize for the confusion. The draws will be held around March 8th, as indicated in the Terms and Conditions (Xbox Live Rewards).
    We are currently working on a hotfix which should correctly update the counter to display a total sum instead of a weekly count. We'll let you know on this thread when this hotfix has been deployed!

    The Sweepstakes is accurate. We do not see any half hours of playtime on your account this week. While we do see a small amount of playtime on the 25th this week, we do not see any amount of playtime that award a sweeps entry. Be sure that you are playing
    on this gamertag if you would like to be tracked for sweeps.
