    "Freedom Rewards" really work?


    Hi, everyone.

    I usually have more time to spend with my Xbox in the last days of the month. Since october i'm trying to acchieve the "Freedom Rewards" (i don't know if it has exactly this name in english since for me this always show in portuguese), i've played more than
    5 hours of "Gwent", "Fallout Shellter" and "King's Tale FFXVI", but i not receive the reward.

    In this month (november) i played again more than 5 hours of "Gwent", "King's Tale" and this last night "Dead or Alive", but only one of the three points to reach the reward is highlighted until now and i'm suspiccious that it will be like last month and
    i will not receive anything again.

    This system are tricky or broken someway? It's because i have been done the things too much late or something else?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with Fallout Shelter that caused it to not properly be tracked on your FREE Ride last month. We have adjusted this, and you should see the Credits shortly. Regarding this month's progress, from the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    So your playtime last night is much too soon for us to have received and processed. We have only received your Gwent playtime from two days ago.

    Being a new player is not a requirement for this offer. We see that you currently have coins awaiting redemption on your account. You can reach these coins via the Trove section of the FREEdom Rewards page. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to
    process and receive new activity, so coins will not show up immediately.

    Fortnite is not on the eligible free to play list (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/free-to-play), so your purchase did not complete the offer. We will adjust that completion for you, but please
    use this list for future purchases. However, even with this playtime, you did not complete FREE Ride. You only had roughly 4.7 hours of play in Marvel Heroes.
