Freedom Rewards Question about Punch Card Purchase

I got my credit for Free Pass and Free Ride, but I have questions about the One-Two-FREE Punch.

For the One-Two-FREE Punch, I made the following purchases that I believe should count

1. October 5, 2017

Game: Lies of Astaroth

Crystals x 1500

$19.99

2. October 5, 2017
Game: Pinball FX2 (this shows up with you click the link of free titles on the page)
Marvel Pinball: Avengers Chronicles Pack
$9.99

3. October 18, 2017
Game: Lies of Astaroth (this one I assume doesn't count anyways because it should have counted from the October 5 purchase)
Crystals x 1500
$19.99

4.October 21,2017 (this one I know the 96 hours hasn't pass yet, but would like to verify it should count)
Game: Battle Ages
Wheel of Fortune Bundle
$2.99
Exclusive Flag Bundle
$2.99

I just would like to understand a bit more how this card works out.
Since, I am not sure if the Lies of Astaroth can be use for both the Free Pass and One-Two-FREE Punch. Even though I spent $40 which is over the $35 require between the two cards.

The FAQ doesn't clear much up with the above question I have.

Missing 3000 Reward Points

Hello,

I'm missing 3000 Reward Ponits for my purchases in January - Freedom Rewards - One-Two-FREE Punch, can you check this please, thank you.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that for that offer, punches should show about 96 hours after your purchase and the credits should show about 96 hours after the last punch shows.

Hi acaraba2. Your Lies of Astaroth purchases (10/5 and 10/18 purchases) both went towards the Free Pass offer. A purchase can only be applied to one offer at a time, so it did not get split between Free Pass and One-Two-FREE. Your Pinball FX2 and Battle
Ages purchases went towards the One-Two-FREE offer. To complete it, make another $5 add-on purchase from a different title.

As above the Rewards Team are the only ones that can help.

The problem is that you didn't activate the Punch Card before purchase as it says on the punch card..therefore the system wouldn't register the purchase properly.

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

We see your FREE Ride Credits are currently pending. Since you only made your pinball table purchases on the 31st, only your purchase on the 27th has progressed that offer so far.

Hello King Crash 84,

We see that you are only above five hours in the title Happy Dungeons, which was completed recently. In Dungeon Defenders II, we only see about four hours, and in Path of Exile, we only see roughly four hours and fifty minutes of play time.
