Freedom Rewards punchcard not updating after 3 days

I know it takes up to 3 days to see the updated punchcards. But with the freedom rewards I don't see any updates at all. With only one day I wonder if every is OK. I Played The new Fable card game shows in de gamehub that I played it for over 5 hours and
even did a purchase. The purchase was 27th so I expected to see it updated today? It is registered within my purchases list. Is something wrong?

Missing rewards

I completed all of the FrankRewards days ago but only Mix and Match shows as completed.

I completed 2 of the punches for FREE Ride in Freedom Rewards, but none of them appear.

Also I completed all 3 punches for the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard but none of them appear.

On Nov 2nd I purchased free to play add ons for Freedom Rewards. My punchcard for the £3 a month has updated but I havent recieved points for the 18 pound spend and buying 3 pound on 3 games

Yesterday 30th of march the 96hrs should have passed. Both the 5 hour gameplay and purchases where NOT punched, Since today is the 1st of april the punchcard cannot be updated since it is a new one. How do I still get the rewards?

 

I see that the purchase I made on the 27th is punched on my April card. That is NOT correct. I have not made any purchases this month! That way I lost the March bonus. And Why is nobody responding anymore?

 

I spent more that E28 in march and did three purchases on three different free games. I missed those by the incorrect punch. I received the 5 hour gameplay rewards, on the 31st of march while the last game was not even punched.

 

UPDATE (since editing is not allowed) I did made a purchase 1st of April. I thought I did it on the 31st of March. But the purchase of the 27th is still not correctly punched on the March punchcard.

 

I checked al my buys. I think I am missing a 1000 zen buy for Neverwinter in March but I cannot find it in my billing. So no proof. Close this one up, since I am not allowed to delete or close anything.
