FREEdom rewards punch card not updating

Hi, I have had major problems with the play 5 hours in 3 separate free to play titles punch card this month.

I know I have played over 5 hours in Paladins, 7 hours in Warframe and now well over 8 hours in Pinball FX 3, and an unknown number of hours in Fortnite but that third green controller just won't show up. (I also purchased quite a few pinball tables but
they didn't register towards either of the purchasing dlc quests.)

Any help would be gratefully received, thank you.

since opting into the freedom rewards mission on XLR I have played well over five hours on each of the following three games that are LISTED as part of the mission: Path of exile, Dungeon defenders 2 and Happy Dungeons. My punch ard still says I have
not completed ANY of the three 5 he game requirements! I am very upset about it, especially because I took 5hrs of my time in each game when I have much better games to play and more important things in life. I only played them that long for the rewards
I am apparently n9t going to receive and yes, it has been much longer than 96hrs of waiting.

We see that you are only above five hours in the title Happy Dungeons, which was completed recently. In Dungeon Defenders II, we only see about four hours, and in Path of Exile, we only see roughly four hours and fifty minutes of play time.

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

We see your FREE Ride Credits are currently pending. Since you only made your pinball table purchases on the 31st, only your purchase on the 27th has progressed that offer so far.
