FREEdom Rewards points missing

Hi Team, I made a purchase on Neverwinter on Friday to purchase more Zen. According to the FREEdom Rewards explanation if I'm understanding correctly, I should receive credits for this purchase and it could take up to 72 hours to show on my account.
At this time I'm still not seeing my credits. Can someone look into this please?

Points missing again

Hello,

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Taking more then 96 hours

it says that all missions will be shown within 96 hours.

I am a week further now and am missing 12000 rewards points.

Today is the last day, do i still het them later on? #yolo missing point 3 and 4, freedom missing point 3 after completing them a week ago.

From the FAQ for that offer,

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

We see that these Credits were placed as pending for that purchase yesterday, so it is likely they appeared a few hours after your post. For future notice, please allow up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information, like purchase activity.

That offer required the completion of 5 achievements within the offer period. Since the only achievements you completed during the offer period were 4 on the 25th, you did not complete this offer.
