Discus and support FREEdom Rewards: Play and Earn Redemption in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I can't find the way to redeem the Gwent Play and Earn reward.     FREEdom Rewards: Play and Earn Redemption


    I can't find the way to redeem the Gwent Play and Earn reward. I have logged 15 hours since the start of the promotion. The FAQ just sends me to the announcement page and there is no link to redeem for the kegs I have earned, just the download Gwent link.

    A link to the FREEdom redemption page can be found on the FREEdom Rewards page (Xbox Live Rewards). The link is in the highlighted green section near the bottom titled "Collect
    your special Rewards". This will take you to your redemption page with your trove tokens.

    freedom rewards issue

    Hello GroteDikkeHaan,

    We see the Reward on your Freedom page. For reference, you can see the redemption link by going to the FREEdom Rewards offer page at (Xbox Live Rewards), and clicking the "Get
    Started" link for World of Tanks. This will take you to the referral page for the FREEdom offer. From there, scroll down to the World of Tanks section, where you will see a button directing you to the redemption page, which will contain your code for redemption.

    Once you’ve completed your required playtime in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
    offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

    Since it has not yet been 96 hours since your playtime on the 24th, it is too early to see any prize.

    As was mentioned in the FAQ for this offer while it was available, a Reward Redemption page will appear on the FREEdom mission page for any in-game Rewards earned during the offer. This redemption link was available to you since February 7th, and is still
    available from the FREEdom Rewards page. On that page, you will find a code to redeem your platinum.
