Freedom rewards oage not working

HELP. I play trove everyday and now there is a reward for playing which is the dragon coins. I played for 2 hours and 30mins + and went to the rewards site. Signed in, went to freedom rewards. and trove said download now, not claim rewards or anything. Is
it supposed to show up in 96 hours or less or is it broken for me? Please need help on this ASAP, as this needs to be done every week I think for the maximum number of dragon coins.

Rewards not coming through

I have a few pending rewards that have not come through at all though I have completed the task's. My last reward was said to be glitched/not working in some way so could you please look over all my offers and missions.

I have completed:

Being a new player is not a requirement for this offer. We see that you currently have coins awaiting redemption on your account. You can reach these coins via the Trove section of the FREEdom Rewards page. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to
process and receive new activity, so coins will not show up immediately.

 

It should take about 96 hours to show up. If you still don't see it after that you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance.

 

Ok thank you. If it doesnt show tonight or tomorrow morning, then it is not working. I hope it works. And i go to xbox live rewards, sign in, then go to freedom rewards page and it shows trove - download now. Is it going to be where it says download now
or someplace else? I don't want to be complaining and stuff if there is a button I just missed somewhere. Thanks

 

When you go to that offer's page you should see a redeem button show up when there are rewards available for you.

 

Did not give me my coins, still says download now? Done that about 50 times now. And I cannot find the Xbox rewards questions forum so I need to ask here. What can I do to fix this? Since Im pretty sure i just lost the weeks worth of dragon coins I was supposed
to get..
