    Freedom rewards not showing up after over a week


    I've been working towards the Freedom reward, specifically the Free Ride section. I've played world of tanks and Fallout shelter both for well over 5 hours each yet only one is showing up after over a week of waiting for the punch card to show up.

    I would like to know which game has counted towards my punchcard and WHY the other game has not.

    In future it would be good to have some way to track games that count as you progress towards completing, even if it's an opt in system where you could mark up to three games and watch your progress.

    I should have 4 days worth of pending coins for trove. I understand some delay but not even the 1st day has showed up.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When and how will I receive my Reward?

    Once you've completed a 30-minute segment of playtime in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
    offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed.
    Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

    Therefore, you should start being able to go to the redemption page to see your tokens by tonight.

    Hi I Ark Royal I. Thanks for reaching out. Fall Out Shelter was not updating because we had to add it to the eligible list for the offer. That has been done and we see that two punches are showing on your account now. Sorry for the delay.
