freedom rewards no rewards

Discus and support freedom rewards no rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i spent £36 on a free to play a few days ago when it said spend £24 and still no reward and i also completed another punchcard but ive recieved the 250...     i spent £36 on a free to play a few days ago when it said spend £24 and still no reward and i also completed another punchcard but ive recieved the 250 for a survey i did on the same day, i need help.

    can someone that works for xbox explain why i havent recieved 4000 in rewards?l

    Hello WESTW33ZY,

    It takes up to 96 hours to receive and process an order for Rewards. Your game consumable purchase on the 20th was only received on the 23rd. The Credits for completion of FREE Pass are now pending on your MyRewards page. Keep in mind that offer is only
    2000 Credits, not 4000. From the FAQ:

    Free Pass:

    Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least £24 including VAT on add-on content for ONE Free to Play title in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on a monthly basis,
    with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    The in-game offer and our FREEdom Rewards offer are two separate offers. Since you did not refer your friend on the FREEdom Rewards page, you have not yet begun our FREEdom Rewards offer, so you have not been awarded.

    All your tokens from the FREEdom Rewards offer can be found at the bottom of the FREEdom Rewards offer located on the MyMissions page: (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/)

    These are tokens that you have to redeem. They are not automatically awarded to you in-game.

    A link to the FREEdom redemption page can be found on the FREEdom Rewards page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/). The link is in the highlighted green section near the bottom titled "Collect
