Freedom Rewards - Haven't received my GiGANTiC rewards (1,000 rubies) after 2 hours (2nd post)

Is there anything I should know about referring my friends?

There are several eligibility requirements you must meet in order to earn Rewards for referring your friends, or for being referred by one of your friends.

• To refer friends, you have to be an Xbox Live Rewards member and have Xbox Live friends who meet the eligibility requirements.
• If you've been referred by your Xbox Live friend, you'll only receive your Reward if you successfully complete the offer by completing the required action within the set time period. You must also meet other eligibility requirements, like being older than
  13 years of age and living in an eligible region.

While members can refer and receive Rewards for referring any of their eligible Xbox Live friends, if you are not a member and want to receive your Reward, you must join Xbox Live Rewards FIRST here.

Since you were referred on the 19th, you completed this offer and your friend was assigned their token for 1000 rubies. However, since you were not a Rewards member, you did not get a token. Only Rewards members can receive Rewards.

In the email picture you provided, the message that says "Just download the game if you haven't already and play it for at least 2 hours*" provides a link to the FAQ, where it states:

When you register into the Rewards program, the website will display a prompt stating that it can take up to 48 hours to set up your Rewards account. This is also mentioned in the registration email, which you have also provided: "Get ready- you'll be all
set to start earning through Xbox Live Rewards within the next two days." It looks like you registered late in the day on the 20th, which would explain why we did not register you until the 21st. Additionally, you mention being referred by a "MrMachinus" gamertag.
This is not the referral you were Rewarded for. You were referred two days prior by a "Nonfickshun" gamertag, which is the referral previously mentioned on the 19th. Since you were awarded for this referral, you were not able to get referred again by "MrMachinus",
which we can confirm did occur on the 21st.

This is unfortunate.

It sounds like you're saying: "Yes, you can receive these rewards, but you have to sign up and wait 48 hours to "officially" become a member and receive your rewards if referred." With the latter portion being in a "FAQ."

You're also saying because I completed the task BEFORE the system could get to me, ALTHOUGH I COMPLETED IT, I will not be rewarded because I completed the referral for someone else, who, according to my email, sent it one day prior to me signing
up.

What I'm going to ask you is if there is anyway I can receive my rubies. You mentioned that I was awarded for a referral, from "Nonfickshun." After checking with him,
HE was in fact rewarded, but I WAS NOT and according to your email above, I COULD NOT because it had not been 48 hours since I joined.

I am asking for some form of recompense for this matter. This has been going on for a week, and I'm not having a positive experience with this particular circumstance. I'm hoping something can be done.
