    Hi. I'm back again. Thank you for your responses to my other posts; however, I don't feel my issue has been resolved, and hopefully we can rectify it. Also, I would like an opportunity to respond to the post before it is locked up to prevent double,
    and now, triple-posting.




    I would like to receive my rubies for completion of the events. In the previous posts, I was told that since I had signed up after the 19th, before my friend had referred me, I did not receive my rubies because I had not signed up for the program.
    I have a couple of qualms about this:

    1) The email does not say anything about me having to sign up for Xbox Rewards program to receive 1,000 rubies. It essentially says "play for 2 hours, then you and the referrer will receive 1,000 rubies." I have the picture below of the message in the email.

    2) Also, I have emails showing that I in fact joined the Rewards program on the
    20th of August around 9:20 pm
    , and got the referral from Gamertag: "MrMachinus" on the 21st. The next day. I spoke to him, and he did not receive these rewards either. Please refer to the emails below and
    take note of the time stamps in the top right of the emails.

    I'm hoping that we can resolve this issue with me receiving the rewards, and I would like to, again request that the post remain open for at least the next 24-48 hours so I can respond. I can no longer continue to call Xbox, be sent to this
    support (which I've had positive results from in the past), and not have the issue resolved. Please allow me time to respond as I am at work for most of the day. Thank you.

  2. Freedom Rewards - Haven't received my GiGANTiC rewards (1,000 rubies) after 2 hours (2nd post)

    I have not received my Rewards from the Rewards program for doing 2 hours of GiGANTiC after being referred by a friend. My friends have all received their rubies, but I have not. This is my
    second post from a week ago, so I'm looking for the situation to be rectified soon.

    The DEADLINE for THIS particular reward is September 12th, as that is when the reward ends. I'm hoping for this situation to besolved before then before its too late.

    FREEdom Rewards Challenge (3rd Post)

    Hello DF DreamDemon,

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    For future reference, it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. At the current time we only see 4 hours and 1 minute of game time for Warframe. If you only played your remaining hour recently, we have not yet received that data.
    We lock threads since newer threads are more visible than older threads, which can become buried in periods of heavy traffic.

    Today is the 11th.

    I'm hoping that even if the 12th does pass on, I will still receive compensation for completing the task outlined. As mentioned, my pictures above indicate I WAS signed up for Freedom Rewards at the time of the referral. Also, the email does not say
    anywhere that in order to receive your rubies, you must sign up for the Rewards program.

    This has SLOWED my referring others because I don't want them to be deceived.

    I will be at work for most of the day today. All the way through 8:00 pm PST tonight.

    Please do not close the thread. I will need to remain in contact with someone throughout this process, and I do not want to triple post.

    which we can confirm did occur on the 21st.

    It sounds like you're saying: "Yes, you can receive these rewards, but you have to sign up and wait 48 hours to "officially" become a member and receive your rewards if referred." With the latter portion being in a "FAQ."

    You're also saying because I completed the task BEFORE the system could get to me, ALTHOUGH I COMPLETED IT, I will not be rewarded because I completed the referral for someone else, who, according to my email, sent it one day prior to me signing
    up.

    What I'm going to ask you is if there is anyway I can receive my rubies. You mentioned that I was awarded for a referral, from "Nonfickshun." After checking with him,
    HE was in fact rewarded, but I WAS NOT and according to your email above, I COULD NOT because it had not been 48 hours since I joined.

    I am asking for some form of recompense for this matter. This has been going on for a week, and I'm not having a positive experience with this particular circumstance. I'm hoping something can be done.

    Yes, since you were referred on the 19th, and did not register until the 21st, it would not have been possible to Reward you for that referral since there was no Rewards Account to award the referral to, as specified in the FAQ:

    So, there is absolutely no form of compensation you can do? Even though I did join the Rewards program within those 48 hours.
