Freedom Rewards / Free Ride challenge is not working

As the title says it seems like the Free Ride challenge is not working properly.

I have played three different free 2 play games for five hours each but seemed to make no precess in the challenge.

It has been much longer than 96 hours since I played these games.

Some otheres on the forums reported the same problem but only the original comment got a response.

Can you look into this please?

Rewards not coming through

I have a few pending rewards that have not come through at all though I have completed the task's. My last reward was said to be glitched/not working in some way so could you please look over all my offers and missions.

I have completed:

Microsoft Films and TV-Triple Feature

Microsoft Films and TV-Movie Marathon

Freedom Rewards-Free Pass

Freedom Rewards-Free Ride

Freedom Rewards-One-Two-FREE Punch

Without recognition or reward.

 

Freedom rewards question

Hi, I have a question about the freedom rewards in Xbox LIve Rewards.

The question is if can I do the challenges in a PC with Xbox Play Anywhere games, for example in the challenge "Free Ride", can I do this challenge playing Gwent on my PC downloaded in Microsoft Store.

Some others reportet that some of their played games show up now. Just some, though and I still havent got any update.
