Freedom rewards for warframe.

So I completed the "earn 5 new achievements" already, but sadly haven't gotten the ability to download my 75 plat ($4/$5 can't remember the price) my friend was able to get his but I'm locked out? It's been a while since my last unlock. The last achievement
was 1/21/17, and I started getting my "new" achievements on the 15th of January. So what's the deal? I'm not a new comer to warframe, I've played it a long time. I need some answers here.

I've completed a freedom mission but not able to collect the reward

completed the warframe freedom reward but I'm unable to collect the reward

 

never got my reward for warfame

i got 5 new achievement on warfram and completed the freedom. reward on January 28 and and never receive my reward

The 75 plat is given via a code token. This token can be found by accessing the redemption link in the Warframe section of the FREEdom Rewards page. The offer required 5 achievements earned since January 15th. Since your fifth achievement was earned on the
21st, and it takes us 96 hours to process any activity, this token has been available since roughly two days ago.
