I have spent alot of time into my freedom rewards marathon but my entrees stopped! What do I do?!!

Freedom Rewards Play-a-thon Goal different than friends

Hello! Quick question about the Freedom Rewards mission:

Why is my Play-a-thon goal 80 hours, but my friend’s is 20 hours?

And for me, it’s 1 hour = 1 entry,

for him it’s 15 minutes = 1 entry

That’s a substantion difference..

Help. MyCredits for Xbox Live Rewards

Hello, my account says I've been a rewards member since 11/26/2016 yet it still says that I have 0 credits which is incorrect. No matter what I buy or how many surveys I complete, the credits are still zero. I only noticed now because I was trying to do
the Freedom Rewards for Gems of War and it says I only have one entry even though I've played for a few hours and you're supposed to get an entry for every 30 minutes you play. Please look at my account and fix these problems.

The FREEdom Play-A-Thon lets eligible members rack up chances to win for registering and playing Free to Play games during the sweepstakes duration. For more information on qualifying games, please see Question 3. Here’s how it works:

Sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account and register for the sweepstakes to get your first 10 entries. This is an important step, as we won’t be able to give you entries for playtime until you register for the sweepstakes.
