Thank you for the quick reply to my previous post:
Part 1. Unfortunately, this was locked before I had a chance to reply.

1. Does the 3 hours and 44 minutes of World of Tanks, include the combined play times for the Xbox 360 & Xbox One; as I was sure I had met the 5 hours requirement.

2. I thought the week beginning the 23rd December, was my 12th consecutive week? Did I fail to meet the 30 minute requirement on the 1st week in October?

Hi,

1. Freedom Rewards (Dec)

I'd already gained a punch for playing "Fallout Shelter" for 5 Hours; but I met the 5 hours playtime for "Resident Evil Revelations 2" & "World of Tanks"; late on the 31st December.

Both of these didn't have time to register, before the new month reset. Please could you confirm that they have registered correctly & how long it takes to update the rewards?

2. Mix Maker





I previously posted, at the beginning of November, regarding the "In the Mix" Challenge not registering correctly. This was fixed & I was able to claim the Perk.

However, I have now met the requirements for the next stage, "Mix Maker"; but this also failed to register.

Please could you look into these issue for me.

We see that you had five or more hours of playtime for Fallout Shelter and Resident Evil Revelations 2. However, you only had 3 hours and 44 minutes of World of Tanks, which was not enough to complete the offer. As stated in the
FAQ, it takes up to 96 hours to see an update:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Also, keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ for the FREE Ride offer, our program uses the UTC time zone:

This offer resets on a monthly basis, with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

Regarding your Mixer usage, we see that you are currently only at 11 out of 12 consecutive weeks required, with the most recent week being from your Mixer time on the 23rd. Your Mixer time on the 27th would have been a part of the same week, since the "week"
for Mixer begins on Saturday, as stated in the FAQ. If you have only recently done more Mixer time, please allow more time for processing.

Since the 360 and Xbox One version of World of Tanks are two separate games, playtime in each game is calculated separately. We can understand why you think these titles should overlap, and will therefore adjust this offer for completion, but for future
reference, these are two separate titles, so please attempt to have your playtime in a single title.

Regarding your Mixer usage, yes, you had no Mixer time in the first week of October. Your first week was October 14th.
