The Credits for that offer are currently pending in your account. However, your deposit will fail when we attempt to deposit.



Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Spanish Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

When and how will I receive my Reward?



Once you’ve completed your required purchase(s) for the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

Since your purchase was only made recently, it was not 96 hours since that activity. We see that your token is now waiting to be claimed on the previously mentioned FREEdom page.

Just an FYI the freedom rewards offers are not the offers that are eligible for the On the Hunt Challenge. The featured monthly offers are the ones like the current You Complete Me offer and last month's Dr. Rewards offer.
