    Freedom Rewards and other Xbox reward Questions


    I'm going to take these parts into different sections.

    Freedom Rewards

    I bought these items below:

    Warframe®: Mirage Prime Access Pack

    1500 Gems

    1000 Neverwinter Zen

    But in my freedom rewards it seems that the access pack was not counted and was wondering why this was.

    I was also wondering how long the games have been played cus I thought paladins smite and warframe would be more than 5 hours.

    I was also wondering about the rewards gold dust and in the mix cus I thought I had watched stuff on the mixer for much than 30 minutes for longer than four weeks and I believe Ive played 10 hours of gold games for two months.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have added your Mirage Prime Access Pack purchase to this offer, and it should complete shortly.

    Your Smite play time is only 1 hour and 58 minutes.

    As stated in the FAQ, a week for the Mixer MyChallenge begins on Saturday and ends on Friday. You had breaks in your Mixer time, most recently the 23rd - 29th of December. From the FAQ for Gold Dust:

    Games with Gold

    These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold offerings for the month.
    Tracking for these MyChallenges will begin as of December 1, 2017.

    Since the challenge only began in December, it is not possible to have completed it yet.

    We do not see any posts for this gamertag. As mentioned in the stickies on our forums, the Support type for the Xbox Live Rewards Questions forum is the only place to reach us for support. As was mentioned in the offer FAQ while the offer was available,
    all codes can be found on the FREEdom Rewards redemption page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/). We do not email the codes to your account.

    Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. We see that you were Credited for your purchases, and completed the offer on the 26th. You can view the pending Credits from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
