Freedom Rewards 75 Platinum not triggering

I have unlocked 5 new archievements since August, 17.

Last one was unlocked August, 27, so more than 96 hours have passed, but reward code still has not triggered.

Would you please take a look at it?

Never Received Warframe FREEdom Reward

I never received the Warframe freedom reward of 75 platinum even though I completed the requirements before the deadline.

freedom rewards warframe platinum

currently there is a freedom rewards promotion for completing 5 achievments in warframe and you get 75 free platinum. it says to claim, complete offer and return to freedom rewards page to complete but when i return to complete the offer, the only option
i get is to download the game. i have completed the offer but would really like to claim the platinum. HELP PLEASE!

From the FAQ for that offer:

When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you’ve completed the offer by completing 5 new achievements in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed offer that will prompt you to redeem
your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

For future reference, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new data. Since your fifth achievement was made on the 27th, you only received your token for redemption on September 1st.

The token code for redemption of your platinum can be found on the FREEdom Rewards page from your MyMissions page.

In order to receive your platinum for that offer, you must redeem the code on the Freedom Rewards redemption page, which can be accessed from the bottom of the Freedom Rewards offer page linked on the MyMissions page.

The platinum is given via a redeemable code, and is not automatically Credited. You can find this code on the FREEdom Rewards mission page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/) in the Warframe
section. There is a button there that takes you to the redemption page.

As was mentioned in the FAQ for this offer while it was available, a Reward Redemption page will appear on the FREEdom mission page for any in-game Rewards earned during the offer. This redemption link was available to you since February 7th, and is still
available from the FREEdom Rewards page. On that page, you will find a code to redeem your platinum.
