    FREEdom Reward and the $60 purchase reward


    Hi Support,

    I made a purchase in Warframe this month for $80, but I did not activate the $60 purchase until now. Can this purchase A. still qualify for the $60 purchase, and B. count for the FREEdom Reward $5 punch purchase and monthly $30 purchase?

    Freedom rewards malfunction

    Several months ago. I have recently spent 60$ on fortnite br on my xbox, before I made the purchase I asked a live chat support individual who said my rewards account was set up. I then made the purchase and waited several days but got no reward. If im correct
    it also says I don't have an account set up. The rewards program should have rewarded for 30$ of spent money on the game. It was part of the freedom rewards program.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like this is a relatively newly available product, which will cause issues when processing for FREEdom Rewards. I can confirm that it should qualify for the offers outlined in your post. Since your opt-in date for
    Simply Rewarding was yesterday, we have not yet processed your purchase for Simply Rewarding. We will adjust your account to reflect your FREEdom Rewards, and the relative Rewards should appear in 1-3 days.
