Freedom Play-a-Thon problems

Hello, I tried to sign up for the event. I have a rewards account, I have Gold. For some reason, even trying several browsers, and everything else that was suggested via chat, it still redirects me to a screen that says 'Well that wasn't supposed to happen'
and tells me to refresh the page or try again later. I've been trying every so often, and refreshing as it says and nothing is happening, always just the same screen.

I'm not sure what to do, but the live agent said to post here, and that it was probably a problem on the Rewards end, since he said everything looked good on my end, I guess.

I am assuming that a ton of people had well over 5000 entries because they picked a game and left their Xbox logged on. I know I did and thought to myself, "surely, I've got to win something, right?" Honestly I just want to know that the winners have been
notified so I can verify that it didn't end up in a junk mail folder and just move on.

I feel like anyone who did that should be disqualified, but regardless, actually being there, I got over 8000 entries, and others have gotten more then me, no notification of winners, and none of us which I know gained that many managed to win a damn thing.

As mentioned on the registration page and our FAQ:

Why can't I access my account information immediately after registration?

While most users receive confirmation within 2 days, in some rare circumstances it may take up to 96 hours for your account set up to complete.

Since you only recently registered at the time of your post, you were not a Rewards member, and could not access that page.

The 80 entries are from your play time alone. Since you also have 10 entries from registering, you cannot earn any more entries to the Grand Prize, as 80 + 10 = 90, which is the maximum amount of entries for that prize.

Does anyone remember when the drawings for this giveaway start? Since they took down the page for it I cant find any info on it?

ok cool thank you. I remember it saying something about getting any email if we won anything but there should be some where we can see all the winners right?

I’d like to know this too. I had well over 5000 entries and still haven’t received any notification of winners.
