Free speech is the the new hate speech! This video is about social media censorship but it's very applicable to xboxlive's approach to punishing us for speaking freely.

I say if I am in a private party chat I shouldn't be able to be reported for communications. I am not the property of microsoft; they work for us not the other way around.

As an merican company they are obligated to protect our freedom of speech... WHAT DID THE SOLDIERS DIE FOR? OUR FREEDOMS? GOOD JOB MICROSOFT; YOU SOILED THE MEMORY OF ALL THE DEAD SOLDIERS... GOOD JOB I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT.

Just an add to onyxishere, if someone is really irritating after the first message has been reported utilize the block function on their profile. Xbox gave us this tool specifically for people we just cant stand, it comes in quite handy with the loads of
people playing on Xbox Live. There will be others so be on the lookout for random few that love to live on the ban wagon.

Sorry but that is not what "freedom of speech" is. I am a huge advocate of Freedom of Speech but I also understand Freedom of Speech does not extent over the Rights of Private Ownership. Xbox LIVE is not Public Land or Public Space.

If you think that you have been banned in error or would like to fight it and you think that you were just in defending yourself, you can always submit a ban review to the Enforcement Team. They maybe able to lift the ban for you if they find that you were
just in your response or unfairly banned.

Follow that link, it should take you to the help page for the enforcement team, if it doesn't and it takes you to the enforcement team homepage, click on "How Do I?" and then click on "Case Review" on the left side of the screen. That will take you through
the steps on how to open a case review. I hope this helps and you are able to get everything squared away!
