    Freedom of Speech


    I want to know why are you silencing players of what they want to say through Text That is Freedom of Speech and our Rights to say what we want to say? Player who just report players with no reason why they are reporting is Freedom of Speech and is really
    upsetting that this needs to be fixed. I got Com Ban over 1 word that wasn't offensive to the Voice communication this player abused that System. This needs to be more updated and preventing Players towards abusing the Report system and I am a little upset
    over that. Playstation did a little better job giving the freedom of players to say what they want do what they want.

    Com Banning an innocent Player over 1 word that's not offensive needs to be changed and also needs to give Xbox Live players freedom of Speech to what they want to say

    Please fix the Report system

    And since forums and the internet is private property freedom of speech doesn't apply it only works on government

    As certain celebrities found out freedom of speech isn't without consequences

    Sorry but that is not what "freedom of speech" is. I am a huge advocate of Freedom of Speech but I also understand Freedom of Speech does not extent over the Rights of Private Ownership. Xbox LIVE is not Public Land or Public Space.

    If you think that you have been banned in error or would like to fight it and you think that you were just in defending yourself, you can always submit a ban review to the Enforcement Team. They maybe able to lift the ban for you if they find that you were
    just in your response or unfairly banned.

    Follow that link, it should take you to the help page for the enforcement team, if it doesn't and it takes you to the enforcement team homepage, click on "How Do I?" and then click on "Case Review" on the left side of the screen. That will take you through
    the steps on how to open a case review. I hope this helps and you are able to get everything squared away!
