Its nice to know that when it comes right down to it Microsoft will cover liars and cheaters but if your an honest person who speaks their mind and tries to do the right thing your penalized for it. It's funny how we have gone to a society that now helps
cheaters over helping honest people upset with how things are. Had a forum open recently and because Microsoft had no answers and kept giving me the same responses from their ambassadors which half repeated each other go to enforcement website and others were
just dont swear at people which I'm sorry your going to do when you've been cheated oh and it was one word out of our conversations sent back and forth I told the guy to play the game mode properly and quit being a
[Mod Removed - Profanity]. now they have locked the thread mid reply to one ambassador so again I say free speech is no longer free. Watch yourself people you never know when some [Mod Removed - Profanity] is going to mess
with your day and dont expect Microsoft's help. I've got a gamer score of over 100k been with xbox for years and the fact that they will instantly ban without warning or even allowing to contact support to figure it out. I'm a good person try to always treat
others how I want to be treated and this has soured my opinion of Microsoft. I'm honestly contemplating getting rid of it over this issue. I won't be responding to any ambassadors who post with useless items and expect this to be deleted or locked quickly.

I agree completely.

And again, no one is instantly banned, each case is investigated, and if the code of conduct is breached, then and only then, is action taken.

You do not get an "insta ban" for nothing. To claim as such is nonsense. They do not pick on people at random to ban. You have obviously done something above and beyond to catch a permanent ban. To anyone who needs to learn from this.. DO NOT RESPOND BACK
TO MESSAGES. I see it time and time again. It is not worth the 15 seconds to send a message full of hate and swearing because it leads to a ban most times.

Also, please do not go creating new posts because you did not like the responses you have received.

Freedom of speech is in the US Constitution and many other Countries. It only gives you the right to practice uour religion and to peacefully protest/speak out against your government. Without fear of reprisals.

It does not give you the right to speak to others in a rude, offensive, insulting way. You can but you will suffer the rules of whatever institution, business, service area you are in/using at the time.

Freedom of speech does not apply to businesses like Microsoft since they're not part of the government. You have the right to say
whatever you want. However, when you're using a service such as Xbox Live, you agree to the terms of use and the code of conduct. It's your account and you're responsible for it.

and code of conduct for a company, the company has the ability to take necessary actions. The
