Freedom Mission did not count correctly

As every time first: Sorry for bad English

Here is the problem. I tried the mission "play 3 different free to play titles at least 5 hours or more. 1st was WOT and counted correctly. 2nd was Paladins. Iam over 5 hours since a week but it did not count towards the punch card. So please help.

Freedom Mission not updating

I am posting this for a second time, because I posted in the other Xbox Rewards support forum and never heard back after a week.

I purchased $29.99 worth of content from World of Tanks and it has not given me credit on the Freedom Rewards. The bar for $30 has no moved, and I haven't gotten a punch on my card. I see the $30 was from month to month, but when I made my purchase in Oct.
it never moved.

So there is no confusion, this is the mission link: Xbox Live Rewards

Freedom Mission not updating

Never mind, I found my old post. Looks like it was called ineligible because the purchase was made from the game itself and not at the xbox.com store. Personally, that is a dumb rule. But it is your rule.

Also it won't let me delete my post, feel free to close it.

To complete the Post: in the last hours I completed my 5 hours in trove,too. So I should get my points and my gems, if everything is counted correctly.

It can take us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since you did not have five hours in three games until the 28th when you played your last hours for Trove, you were not awarded for completion of this offer until yesterday.

As it says in our FAQ:

Which Xbox Store content is eligible for this offer?

This offer is only open to add-on content for Free to Play titles purchased from the Xbox Store. Add-on content includes but is not limited to gem/coin packages, additional skins, starter packs, etc. This does not include purchases made within the game,
as well as purchases made using premium or earned currency.

Since your purchase was made from within the game, it was not eligible for this offer.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

We see that the Credits are now pending in your account. Please keep in mind for future reference that it takes us about 96 hours to receive and process new information, like play time. Since you opted in to this offer a previous month, currently that opt-in
event will carry forward, and there was no need to opt-in this month as well.
