Freedom games not updating,but worked great last month

Discus and support Freedom games not updating,but worked great last month in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have played for what I believe to be over 5 hours on 4 games, 1 game I played over 9 hours and still not a single game on my punch ard, yet last...     Freedom games not updating,but worked great last month


    I have played for what I believe to be over 5 hours on 4 games, 1 game I played over 9 hours and still not a single game on my punch ard, yet last month they updated quickly,only one game didn't work.so far I've played frozen which I already had downloaded,adventure
    pop which I had earned rewards for last month and then 2 new games I've never downloaded before,sky forge and I don't remember the other,so a mix of new games and games I know track but not sure if they only track once,either at I should have at least 1 if
    not more.

    Freedom Rewards not counting

    My Freedom Reward for playing 5 hours of Free to play games are not counting. It worked last month and it won't let me opt-in a second time. But I played about 7 hours in 2 different FTP games and neither had counted. How do I submit a help ticket?

    I have had the X since day one , it’s only since the last big update about a month b4 I started this question, it did work. Then update and did this on loads of sites.

    Until then it worked great

    Amazing Spider Man 2 cancelled on Xbox One?

    Had an hour on it and its great. The graphics, the freedom and movement are amazing. The 'Real time events' are annoying though. Spent the last 15 mins sat on a car trying to dodge.
