FREEdom Free ride not tracking.

Hi, the system seems to of successfully tracked my time in Neverwinter, however time spent on Fallout Shelter and Star Trek Online hasn't (I spent 6 hours on Star Trek Online early last week).

Any chance this can be fixed?

October FREE RIDE Freedom Rewards Games Not Tracking

Hi Conner. Your gameplay for Smite and Magic Duels are accounted for. Since your last Warframe gameplay was on the 17th, the offer has not yet been updated. It takes about 96 hours for offers to update. Looks like you'll be completing the offer once that
data pushes through in a couple of days. Since the Xbox Live Quests are not part of the Rewards program, we won't be able to assist you with that. Try reaching out to Microsoft Support.

October FREE RIDE Freedom Rewards Games Not Tracking

Hello,

I have completed the required 5 hours for 3 different free to play titles: Smite, Magic Duels, and Warframe. At least 6 hours since opting in, just this month. Though only one game has checked in the “MyMissions” area. Also, I would like to know wher Xbox
Live Quests progress is being tracked, because I would like to know if I’ve completed that for this month. I would like to know what to day tomorrow this point to unlock the rewards I’ve earned earned.

We only start tracking for the FREE Ride offer once you opt in. Therefore, only time spent playing in free to play games since you registered on the 16th would be eligible. Once you play five or more hours in a game, a punch will be awarded on the punchcard
for this offer on the FREEdom Rewards page. Once all punches are filled, the offer will be completed.

As stated on the offer page, a full list of eligible free to play games can be found at (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/free-to-play?xr=shellna).

You can play the same game in the following months. For example, playing Warframe in December and again in January would be fine, and would award one punch.

Currently, you have played more than five hours in Fallout Shelter. Keep in mind that it can take our program up to 96 hours to receive and process new information, so any recent playtime would not yet have updated your FREEdom Rewards page.
