    this particular promotion is specifically for purchases between 7/7/14-7/31/14.

    The only way to get MS points that I know of are:

    - Paying for them

    - Xbox live Rewards: http://rewards.xbox.com/

    - Become an ambassador, but you only get 160points one time when you reach Level 2 and that's it.

    I've never heard of being a loyal member and you'll get points.

    I was super stoked for XBOX One, been playing XBOX since day one, love the service and console but....

    I feel let down that I have not received anything ever in any of the freebie promotions. I feel my account more than warrants inclusion in at least one of these promotions. Giving out some freebies to random people is fine and all, but don't expect some
    people not to feel let down when they don't receive one and there are other, less loyal, people that did receive one...
