Free xbox one Limbo game code message sent to me for being a Year one xbox owner automatically ...

Awhile back i received a message from xbox live on my Xbox one awarding me with a free download code for the game limbo on xbox one. I never got around to downloading the code right away and later found the message had been automatically deleted by xbox
as they deleted messages after 30 days of inactivity. The code was never sent in any other form such as email, etc so it was completely lost. I am pretty unhappy about that as i really wanted to play the game. I made a post on forms awhile ago about this but
never got a reply back. I would sincerely appreciate any help that allows me to get my free token back. You can check my account i don't have the game or own it in my purchases. I never got a chance to even use my code. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I had this same problem as i am a year one player and was sent the code but never redeemed it i completely forgot about it until now and when i went to look for it i realized xbox messages automatically get deleted you can check my history i dont have limbo
and but am a year one player. Please can anyone at Microsoft help me i would love to play this game.

 

Year One Free Xbox One Limbo Code

Hi, I contacted support and was told my issue would be fixed here. I was sent through my Xbox One and not through my Outlook email a code directly from Xbox for the game 'Limbo' for being a Year One owner of the console. But unlike every other message I've
received, this one disappeared. This wouldn't be a problem if the code had been sent through my email instead or as well. I now need the code resent. Thank you in advance.
