Free Xbox Live months Never Credited

to whom it may concern,

on july 19, 2016, i purchased a digital code for a 12 month Xbox Live Gold + 3 Months Free membership, but i never recieved my 3 months free. please help, since over the phone support was no help and directed me to the forums...

unbanned console hasn't recieved live yet

Hey just curious about my free xboxlive i'm meant to recieve after being wrongfully banned, not sure if this is the right area but i have been credited the 1600 points yet still have to get the xbox live? Will I still get credited the 3 months free even
though I cancelled my account? Or do I have to renew my account for the free 3 months to take effect?

Redeemed 12 months of Xbox Gold

Over Christmas I was given two 3 months subscription cards and a 6 month subscription card. I redeemed them and I got my 12 months, but it is not showing up anywhere on my Xbox live rewards account, I have nothing pending, and it is showing I was never credited. Any
help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm sorry to see any issues, however we do not support any offers for prepaid codes purchased through retailers. Did you purchase this from the

Microsoft Store? If so, you will need to go through
their support for further assistance. If you didn't, you will need to reach out to the retailer from which you purchased it.

I just made a new account and it offered me a 1 month of gold for free and i had to add a credit card but i didn't have one at the time so i pressed B to exit. The next day i had a credit card but it never offered me the free trial of gold and i can't find
it on memberships all it said was Xbox live silver.

There’s a couple options to choose from for Xbox live credit... I use my Microsoft Reward points for free months of XBL often. 2 or 3 months, now....

Yeah, you will want to create an acount on your xbox, and choose the option to join xbox live. It will give you an offer for one month free Gold, and it is free but it will need valid credit card info.

you have to go on your internet and get an acompte with xbox live and on there you will get your 1 month free with a credit card number.
