Free Xbox Live Gold Games Unable to Download

Ok That's all fine and good...but I got the season pass and currently do not have Xbox Live Gold...just free silver...Therefore, I am unable to access the in game store. I bought the season pass and downloaded it...but am now unable to play nuketown zombies.
Anybody have an answer for this? (besides buying xbox live gold)

If you go to https://account.microsoft.com then sign in and go to services and subscriptions, it should show if you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you don't that would be the reason why you are unable to download any of the
games with gold games for free.

Xbox Live Gold is ONLY required for playing online Multiplayer, participating in parties and getting and playing the free Games with Gold games.

If you purchased a game digitally, you can download that without a Gold membership. You'll just be unable to play the online multiplayer part (if the game has online Multiplayer).

I was able to download the free with gold game. Unable to download Borderlands 2 with MSP.

Ok, so ive paid for xbox live gold. Tried downloading halo and now battlefield which are free on games on gold. Ive set my local and everything. Battle field gets to 80% and then comes with a message "corrupted file" deleted from storage and tried 3 more
times to download, but get the same message. I must admit im dissatisfied as once the game goes ill be unable to re download. I live in spain and ive seen its an accepted country for gfg....... why am I unable to get these games? ?
