    im in Mexico and today at 19.23 i can't play my xbox shows "my profile is not authorized to play on xbox live" in COD Ghosts or any other game.

    New xbox free xbox live doesn't work

    Trials do not give you a full gold membership,only limited access to some xbox live gold features.

    Some games will not let you play online with a trial,you would need a full gold subscription.

    Hellow ,

    I bought a new xbox one s and it came with a free 14days of xbox live , all good but after i typed in the code , I still can't play cod wwII multyplayer it automaticly sends me to buy xbox live, and then it says "The current profile is not allowed to play
    on xbox live . But in the store it says i have still 10days of free trail xbox live.

    If you mean the free month when starting a account then you don't get that anymore.

    You will not be sent a code for a months xbox live gold.

    Hi Brad,there is no error message. I am using a wired connection. Cabled has a wifi repeater. Just the bouton connect doesn t work.

    in Microsoft store I cannot log in. when i click on connect, it opens a page with tag: Let us help you connect
