The "Free with Gold" game, Rayman 3 HD costs $9.99? Why isn't it free as it is listed & per usual?

Not-Free Game Whit Gold

Teniendo una cuenta con suscripcion Live Gold, no puedo descargar uno de los Games Whit Gold de este mes (Rayman 3 HD) de forma gratuita. Al proceder como de costumbre para descargar el contenido, me pide que pague el juego, cuando deberia aparecer Gratis.

I have an account with Live Gold subscription but can not download one of this moth's Games Whit Gold (Rayman 3 HD) for free. By proceeding as usual to download the content, it asks me to pay the game, where it should appear Free.

Raymen 3 still not free with GwG

We're now 1/3rd of the way through the period where Rayman 3 HD is supposed to free on Games With Gold and yet everytime I try to get it it's still not free. Can't say I'm impressed.

It looks like this issue should be resolved, are you still seeing this happen on the console? If so, what about on xbox.com?

Its is FREE if you get it from Xbox Live on your Xbox 360, but it Won't D/L for free on the Xbox One.

Calm down, i'm sure this is a technical issue and they will fix it.

If anyone bought the game accidentially, just contact the support, i'm sure they will refund you the money in case you have an active XBox Gold Subscription
