Free With Gold game NOT available.

I'm sorry if this is not in the right section of the forum. But for the last two weeks the game Battlestations Pacific was supposed to be free on the Xbox 360. I went to the Games ith Gold icon many times for the past two weeks and it never was there.
I have searched for it also and it has always been showing as $24. How come it wasn't available on my dashboard? Was it a mistake and not supposed to be available for free??

in order to download Games with Gold for free, you will need a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, any free trials will not count as Gold to allow purchasing those Games with Gold games for free

Sorry I didn't realize the game was done being available for free when I posted the message. I apologize. But for the last two weeks when I try to check the game even going into the game too download it it was going to charge $24. so I waited and tried
again later thinking that maybe it wasn't set up yet. And same thing so I will try to couple times later not within the same day but within the same week or so still the same thing so that's when I decided to post a question about it, I didn't realize it was
done. it's just didn't show up on my dashboard is being free. I don't understand why my dashboard didn't acknowledge it.

 

I already have Crysis 3 as I bought that a long time ago. But I will try it and see if I can get it for free. thank you for your help.

 

As this is related: When I try to "buy" Crysis 3 I get a message that the content is not available for my region. But it should be in Germany. The same problem comes up with GTA4 and GTA: San Andreas. But i could buy GTA V and th VIP Pass for Horizon, and
also every other game that isn't part of the Deals with Gold. I could even buy the GTA4 Add-Ons.... I had also been able to buy Battlestation, and Assassins Creed 1+2 without any problems.

I only have a xbox one, that is why I wanted to buy Crysis over the marketplace. But, I have also bought and installed Rare: Replay, and this might be the problem. It seems that other people who are part of the preview-program for the backward compatibility
also had this problem. Is there a possible solution for this?

What is your account region .and does it match germany?

If not that would be why

That error only comes up if your account region and physical region doesnt match

Crysis checks for account region and actual region and console region

Since the xbox one isnt compatible with 360 yet even with the preview yet yli dont have the compatibility yet

 

Rare replay is an repackaged game made for non preview members youndonr need the preview beta to have that game

 

This is why you need to check compatibility this came up for another person for the same game

"This content is not available for consoles in your region."

Its one of the rare games like halo gta and gears of war that checks the game region agaimst tje console region
