Cannot Purchase on American Account, due to Currency and Content is not available in Local Region.

I am attempting to purchase and download Dark Souls: Artorias of the Abyss DLC. Unfortunately my Xbox Live Account is an American one, but I now live in South Africa. I cannot use my South African Credit Card to purchase the DLC due to the region issue and
I am further unable to purchase the DLC on my South African Live profile, as the DLC is not available for South Africa... Now what?

I also tried doing it from the xBox web site and there I get:

"Sorry

This offer is not valid in your region."

Most of the games that are not available in some regions get replaced by another game.

Anyone know what would cause them to not release this deal to SA?

Ok do you have a south African region account if not

Then you will have to create one and then use the south African dlc codes

All prepaid dlc codes are region locked and only can be redeemed in the same region

If you are trying to purchase from the us website that would be your issue

Then you would have to use the south African site not the us site
What the store told you you have to take it up with them

it does not matter if your locale is south Africa

YOUR account region must be pal or south African to download the content

I can find it when I search for it in the US marketplace, but it doesn't show when I search in the South African marketplace. It may not be available in your region. If it's not showing when you search on the console, then it won't be available.
