Free weekend ended prematurely [Mod Removed]

So supposed to have free multiplayer 9-12th, it's the 12th, I can't play multiplayer on any game. So was this intentionally misleading and you guys really meant free multiplayer on the 8th or did Microsoft botch something else on the back end again

Not able to play Grand Theft Auto V, During xbox live gold free weekend

Same here. I was looking forward to playing online today but the free Gold weekend seems to have stopped prematurely. It's been at least six hours now and I'm losing faith that it'll be restored. I've yet to even see any acknowledgement of this problem
from Xbox Support. I only hope that once they realise they'll repeat the offer next weekend to make up for it.

You would need to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. Gears 2 is the only game you would no longer be able to get for free since it is no longer a games with gold though. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Free weekends aren't full gold memberships

They give you only temporary multiplayer access to a limited selection. Of games and modes

Same games I was playing multiplayer on yesterday. It was a partially rhetorical question, Microsoft messed up somehow I'm just curious how so I can properly shame them for it.

 

Cause hey I can't expect them to fix something, that would be way too hard for the likes of Microsoft. Seriously Microsoft you're a disgrace to the industry everything you people touch returns an error.
