Hello everyone well it’s been a few months since Turn 10 has banned my gamer tag from Forza 6 for posting anti-censorship vinyl groups on the storefront, Here is an update Turn 10 is still declining to tell me what code of conduct anti-censorship vinyl groups
violate.

I have posted on the forums before that I have screenshots of all the vinyl groups the Turn 10 moderators had put under review on my gamer tag profile. If they break any of the code of conduct then the Xbox moderators should suspend or ban my account for
having images that are in violation of the code of conduct. I have asked the Xbox enforcement team to take action against me but they have done nothing because they can't tell me what I did wrong.

I am left with no other option but to post a reward of not one but two $50 Xbox gift cards that’s $100 to anyone to give me an answer to this question. How does speaking out against censorship violate any code of conduct?

I personally believe a person should be entitled to openly express their views anytime a person is censored it strips that person of the freedom of free speech which my Nation the United States of America was founded on and countless men and woman of many
Nations has fought bleed and died to protect. I believe people are entitled to their views for example I’m not racist but I believe people have the right to be racist. No matter how I feel about the subject, its ultimately up to the person to look at the facts
for themselves and determine that everyone feels the same emotions. Its not the color of someone’s skin or their religion that make them different but the culture they grew up around that shapes that person and gives them their views that what makes them the
way they are and determines the things they believe. An example of this would be if a person was to grow up in a nudist colony most likely their views on nudity would differ from a person who grew up in a strict Muslim household. I’m not a nudist and I’m definitely
not a Muslim extremist and my views on nudity like most people falls in between the too extremes. My point is no one not even moderators should have the right to censor somebody for their believes and that is what has happened to me. I was banned forever from
Forza 6 for my views not because I broke any rule. If you think that’s wrong please email Turn 10 and tell them how you feel stand up for your rights.

If Turn 10 can get away with banning people when they have not violated any rule who’s to say, you may be the next person to be banned from the game you like just because of you're believes.

Hello old freak as you can see if you look at my screenshots of the vinyl groups I made none of them contained any of that content. This is not the first time I was banned for anti-censorship vinyl groups some of my friends and I were banned on Forza 4 for
a vinyl that said artist against censorship lucky my friends did not get a 20 year ban like Turn 10 gave me. So the $100 is still up for grabs people can try contacting Turn 10 and try to get answers from them hit them up on their fourms you can also look
up their email address on Google one email could win you $100.

 

I don;t want your money, just trying to assist. There are no screenshots attached to your post, but here is a very strong probability that what you are calling "posting anti-censorship vinyl groups on the storefront" is being considered controversial. Xbox
is a gaming platform, not a soapbox. They want to keep the focus on gaming in a fun and friendly environment.

 

Sorry you can click on my gamertag and view my captures to see all the screenshots I also have a video of every vinyl groups I've made on Forza 6. As for them being controversial could you explain how being anti-censorship could be more controversial then
let's say politics? Because if you looked on storefront during the last election there were Trump and Hillary vinyl groups in fact I'm sure if you look some are still on storefront. Or how about alcohol and tobacco companies logos are allowed are they not
drug content?

 

After looking at your captures it appears to me that you are trying to start controversy with these. Trying to compare these to others is not going to work, as they will be judged on their own. Like I stated before, Xbox is a gaming platform, not a soapbox.

 

All I'm looking for is what code of conduct did I supposably violate? And if the images I made are offensive and are against the code of conduct then why has my Xbox account not been suspended by Microsoft?

Turn 10 has refused to answer the questions so I’m forced to seek answers on the fourms.

The reward is just an incentive to find the answers.

If you knew me old freak you would know I don't care for drama. I also don't really care about getting unbanned but it would be nice to know what rule I broke to be banned.

I'm a fighter it's in my nature to fight back if someone has wronged me and banning a person when they have done nothing wrong is in my book worth fighting against. Protecting people's rights of free speech without being censored is that not something to fight for
not against?

 

Please understand, enforcement actions by Xbox or the developers are not handled in the forums. All we can do is offer our advice and opinions, based on what you tell us.

 

And that's where the frustration lies I have run out of options Xbox don't handle game suspensions and Turn 10 Studios refuses to answer why I was banned. That it why I'm on the forum I'm trying to get some people to send emails to Turn 10 Studios or go
the Forza forums or their Facebook and get an answer.

See Turn 10 can ignore my emails and my posts but if I can get enough people to hound Turn 10 for answers maybe somebody in Turn 10 will talk to their moderators and stop them from banning people for their believes.

What I did is not against any code of conduct that I know of but the moderator that banned me broke the code of conduct for banning me for my beliefs.

If All men are created equal what gives the moderators the right to break the code of conduct while the rest of us are punished for it?

 

Please keep in mind, your personal beliefs may not be the same as others. Just because you want to post something does not mean that it is not objectionable to others. Have a good day.

Even if there believes conflicts with your point of view they should have the right to express their views so long as they are not breaking any rules.
