Free trial Promotion Requirements

For the Free Trial Promotion, these are the fiollowing requirement if an account is not able to get the said promotion upon checkout:

First : the account must be newly created and downloaded on the console

Second : the account is prompted for the promtion on the console / dashboard or online

Third: If the account is prompted for the said promotion or free trial, please take a screenshot of it

Fourth : There must be a registered console on the newly created account

Fifth: You only have one account. The account has no active subscriptions ever.

If one of the requirements is not present, it would mean that the account is not eligible for the said promotion or the said free trial.

My free gold trial is gone but never used.

Hi,

I never used my free trial for 1 month but I used a promotion to buy 1 month gold (that time I could'nt use a free trial because of the offer).

Now, I can't get a free trial so because of a global promotion I was supposed to pay someting free ?! That doesn't make any sense to me.

I didn't take the promotion for the game pass and I can get it for free now ...

If I first used my trial I could have the promotion after as many of my friends and get 2 month for the same price ...

So I'm disapointing of this system ... Is there anyway to get the trial back knowing I never used it ?

Gold Membership Codes

For anyone who has a Gold membership with Xbox Live, have you seen these coupon offers? Supposedly, you can either get Xbox free or get a free trial offer for as long as one year. There might be a catch, but maybe they're just doing it to promote the Gold membership. Has anyone ever gotten a free trial?
