Discus and support Free trial bug in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I installed the crew 2 About 2 weeks ago and then I uninstalled it and I am now reinstalling it and it says that I need to use the free trial or buy it...     Free trial bug


    I installed the crew 2 About 2 weeks ago and then I uninstalled it and I am now reinstalling it and it says that I need to use the free trial or buy it again when I already bought it

    And I also tried factory resetting my Xbox and restarting it and unplugging it and everything, so if I don't fix this then I got ripped off $50

    That doesn't make any sense because my brother had to buy the map pack Monday morning at 8am our time... 5 hours after the release of the map pack. That was the only way to play the Crimson Map Pack because he didn't have the pass....He was not offered a
    Free trial. In fact it was not until the "free bug glitch" happened was a trial even mentioned.

    There was suppose to be free DLC for Trials Evolution and Minecraft as well, they're announced right now on the dashboard, but when you click on it, it brings you to the game start up screen with no dlc offers anywhere. THPS HD BUG FIX AND MY DLC PLEASE.

    Only one Xbox Live Gold free trial can be used/redeemed used under the same account. I just want to clarify, are you able to sign in and download your profile, and access the multiplayer feature of your online games? If you can, then that means that you
    already have the free trial. You will need to wait until the free trial expires before you can avail another free trial (code), or allow the same free trial to renew (if the free trial was subscribed from xbox.com).
