Free trail

The free trail only comes with new consoles. Sometimes they have specials like try for 1.00 but the free trails come with games or consoles. Its not in the store.

Hi, if you didn't accept the free month trial offer when you created your profile on the console then I'm afraid you cannot then go back and get it. The first three profiles you create on your console would be offered a free trial, after that you are no
longer offered the trial.

You options are to either upgrade to Gold using your current profile or create another profile if you didn't already create three profiles on the console and accept the trial this time around.

up, error codes generally look similar to 0x0000000 or XBOS-0000.

I'm sorry to see any issues getting free Gold. The only way to tell if you qualify for the free month of Gold is if it is offered to you at checkout through
this site. If you don't see it there, then the free Gold isn't available for your account.
