    Free Tickets & Coins Once Again Not Working in Microsoft Bingo


    Here we go again. for the I don't know how many times - I've really lost track as this happens way too often - the free coins and free tickets you can get daily in Microsoft Bingo are not working again. Yes, I know I have to watch an ad to get the free coins
    or tickets but the ad won't play and all I get is a server connection issue error message. Why is it that I can play Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Solitaire, Microsoft Minesweeper, and Microsoft Jackpot and almost never have any problems with those games? PLEASE
    fix this Microsoft Bingo problem once and for all. And yes, I've already reset this app; the problem is not on my end. And as I can see, I'm not the only one reporting this problem.

    Update: 8/12/18. . . Downloaded Bingo on my TABLET and it does the SAME THING AS ON THE PC!!!

    Thanks, but I tried that. I was with Support for two hours and they could not fix the problem even after I let them use Remote Assist.

    I can PURCHASE the tickets or coins but the ads will not load for the free ones. I get Purchase Error within a second of clicking on Watch Ad.

    This has been going on for two weeks now. :mad:
