    I have a monitor with freesync 40-60 range. I have freesync over hdmi. Freesync is not working with my monitor. It is supposed to automatically activate but the monitor shows it is not on.

    Any idea if free sync is working on xbox one x? And why is it that when I enable my freesync on my monitor my 36 bits reduces to 24 bits on the video fidelity settings? I need some help!

    no official confirmation that it is working on the One X yet. So currently unsupported until they say it’s activated through the dash.

    Hi Jayt20010,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand you have questions about the best setting that you should use for your series X. You will have to use FreeSync or Adaptive sync because G-Sync is a proprietary adaptive sync technology developed by Nvidia for GTX and RTX graphics card. Unlike FreeSync or Adaptive sync that supports more generic synchronization technology and that includes Xbox.

    In addition, most modern monitors like yours automatically chooses the most compatible sync technology based on the input.

    Yep its set to to 4k 8-bit,it doesnt have free sync or v-sync. Not working im afraid

    i am having the same problem and i was far in the game i was over level 300 and had $31,500,000 and lost it all and i called xbox about the problem and they said delete the game and my game save form everywhere and i did now i lost it all and i am still
    having the problem with the syncing just sits there and dont sync they need to fix the dam problem
