Free Ryse Legendary Edition with Xbox Live Subscription

Hello,

Couple of my friends xbox live subscription has run out, and on their dashboard, it says to Renew and they will receive a free copy of Ryse Legendary Edition.

I had just renewed my xbox a week before and this promotion wasnt available.

I do not believe it is fair to offer a free game to those who let their subscriptions run out and offer no bonus to the ones who renewed on time.

I would like a free copy as well of this game as I just renewed my Xbox live subscription before it ran out. If I had known this offer would be available I would of let my xbox live subscription run out.

Bought gold via a "Go Gold: Get Ryse Legendary Edition Free" promotion, but never received Ryse

Hello!

Bought a Gold subscription via a promotion on my Xbox One that said "Go Gold and get Ryse Legendary Edition for Free." The purchase was September 13th, and have yet to recieve Ryse. Wondering how/when I can expect this by? Gamertag is .

I purchased x box live through my xbox with the promotion to get a download code for Ryse Legendary Edition free but I am yet to receive this. When will i get this code in my messages?

If they come with a prepaid promo like they sometimes do like a free game that's up to the retailer like ebgames

However as mentioned it is only given when you buy it at the store
