Free RP when you start up online????

So for some time now when I start the game I hear a few gun shots and then I get RP that adds up. Sometimes even 1 bar up which for a high level is a lot. The only other people I have met that this happens to had all pre ordered the game including myself.
Does anyone have a actual fact as to how this happens. No neither I or this free RP is a hack or glitch. Anyone else have this?

I get that when I get on (sometimes). I preordered the game too. I don't think its actually adding RP though. I think its just .."refreshing" it. Of course I can be totally wrong, I never really pay attention to where my RP bar is.

 

Im for sure that it adds some RP every time I sign on. Must be pre order special type of thing.

 

I wish you high ranks would stop supporting the RP like its something to want, its nothing, it offers nothing, reaching 1000 is nothing, if it were up to me I would keep my level at 120 so I can stopped getting kicked out of missions by low rankers for having
a high level

 

Dont get me wrong RP means nothing to me anymore. Just curious as to why this happens.
