Apologies for the inconvenience. We have identified a potential issue with the FREEdom Rewards recurring offers (FREE Pass, 1, 2, FREE, and FREE Ride), and are deploying a hotfix. An issue may have arose in this month's iteration of those offers due to a
disruption of data we experienced earlier this month. When we can confirm that this offer is working again, we will update this thread. Note that the other two recurring offers are also being affected, so if you have recently tried to participate in those
offers, they may be delayed as well.

Hi Spectralnite. We have that you played over 5 hours on SMITE and Gwent. The next one is Roblox at 2:16 and Paladins at 1:24.

There is a current investigation going on for game play tracking. We are going to go ahead an adjust the last punch for you, but could you provide the estimated game play times for the last two games?
